HR Administrator – Maternity cover, 12 month fixed term contract

Salary: £20,000-£22,000 dependent on experience

Location: Letchworth Garden City, SG6 1BL

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

We are currently looking for a HR Administrator to join our busy team on a 12 month fixed term contract, there is the possibility of a permanent position after this period. The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Group HR & Quality functions within a fast paced generalist HR environment. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and further develop your Business and HR skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Related functions
  • Provide support for the Group HR & Quality Manager
  • General quality administration
  • Assist with the maintenance of systems & processes to ensure the Company adheres to & complies with current legislation affecting the Business.

Experience

  • Previous HR exposure is essential
  • Ideally qualified level 3 CIPD or equivalent

The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Excellent customer service skills will be needed as a level of customer interaction will be required. A legal knowledge or a keen interest in learning about the laws affecting a Motor Trade Business will be essential.
